Bigger & Better Business

The Bigger and Better Business program is one of Phi Beta Sigma's signature national initiatives. Beta Xi Sigma actively promotes Black entrepreneurship, economic empowerment, and business development in the greater Dayton area.

Through mentorship, networking events, business workshops, and partnerships with local chambers of commerce, our brothers help create a stronger economic foundation for our community.

Social Action

The Social Action program reflects our commitment to justice, equality, and civic engagement. Beta Xi Sigma actively works to empower our community through voter registration, political education, and advocacy on issues that affect African Americans and all people.

We partner with local organizations to amplify the voices of those who are often unheard, and we encourage our members and community to be active participants in the democratic process.

Education

Education is the cornerstone of progress. Through our Education program, Beta Xi Sigma supports students at all levels — from youth in our community to college students seeking financial assistance through our scholarship program.

We believe that every person deserves access to quality education and the support to achieve their academic goals. Our brothers mentor students, facilitate tutoring, and advocate for equitable educational opportunities.

Youth Program

Sigma Beta Club

The Sigma Beta Club is Phi Beta Sigma's premier youth auxiliary — a mentorship program for young men between the ages of 8 and 18. Through the Sigma Beta Club, our brothers invest in the next generation of leaders by providing positive role models, educational support, and character development.

Members of the Sigma Beta Club participate in community service, academic support, leadership training, and cultural activities that help them grow into responsible, confident young men.
